Dr. Chonnikarn Jira

Dr.Chonnikarn (Dr.Fern) leads the True Digital Academy, the digital capability-building unit of True Digital Group, which is the digital transformation arm of True Corp., a leading communications conglomerate of Thailand. She oversees ongoing talent upskilling and reskilling for various enterprises both within True Corp, its parent company CP Group, and beyond. In her previous role at Mckinsey & Company, Dr.Fern focuses her work on building and transforming digital businesses across various sectors. She has also helped higher-education institutions and government organizations with their business strategies and student outcomes development. Her goal is to empower and digitize today’s workforce in Thailand and South East Asia with impactful capability building.

Dr.Fern holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Technology and Operations Management from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Distinction from Stanford University.
