Megan W. Gerhardt, Ph.D. is a speaker, consultant, author, and Professor of Management and Leadership at the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, where she also serves as Director of Leadership Development for the Farmer School and the Robert D. Johnson Co-Director of the Isaac & Oxley Center for Business Leadership.
Megan is an Associate Editor for the Academy of Management Learning and Education journal, and her research focuses on how leveraging individual differences can achieve extraordinary levels of performance. Her research has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Personality and Individual Differences, Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, among others. Her current work focuses on Gentelligence, a business strategy focusing on how generational differences can be leveraged as a valuable type of organizational diversity, and has been featured in The Washington Post, Inc. Magazine, and Business Insider, among others. Her upcoming book Gentelligence: The Revolutionary Approach to Leading an Intergenerational Workforce will be released in June 2021 by Rowman Littlefield.
