CASUGOL Football Club programmes are designed for boys and girls aged 13 to 16 who enjoy football and are committed to developing their skills, game intelligence, and personal growth.
All players should be physically ready to participate in structured, age-appropriate practical training sessions that support safe and progressive development on the pitch.
Beyond football, CASUGOL is dedicated to nurturing young individuals into disciplined, respectful, and confident members of society—building character, leadership, and life skills alongside technical ability.
Players should arrive already changed in their kit approximately 15 minutes before the start of each scheduled session.
All players will receive a detailed end-of-course evaluation outlining their progress, strengths, and individual development areas, providing clear guidance for continued improvement.
The courses are designed to support the growth of every player, regardless of ability level, ensuring an inclusive and positive learning environment where each child is encouraged to develop at their own pace and enjoy the game.
For players who demonstrate advanced potential, opportunities may be provided to progress into higher levels within the CASUGOL Football Club youth development pathway. Any identification or selection process will be conducted responsibly and in accordance with relevant safeguarding standards and governing body guidelines relating to youth player development.
All sessions will be delivered on high-quality artificial pitches to ensure consistent playing conditions and optimal learning environments throughout the year.
Players are expected to wear appropriate football footwear suitable for artificial or firm ground surfaces, such as moulded boots or turf trainers. Screw-in studs and running shoes are not permitted, to ensure safety and maintain the integrity of the playing surface.
For any sessions missed due to short-term illness, injury or other, each player will be given access to one additional make-up session per course (days/times TBC).
