Enrolment Process

Each course / event has its own set of pre-requisite. Kindly review the Pre-requisites prior to enrolment.
 
To enrol, you’ll need to Select Your Preferred Batch Above, Add to Cart and Check Out.
 
For corporate, batch enrolment or any specific requirements, do Chat with our Education Officer or Email: hello@casugol.com.

Payment is due immediately upon checkout or upon receipt of the invoice. We accept payment by bank wire transfer, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

Enrolment is confirmed only when payment is made and cleared usually within 1 to 3 working days.

Approximately one weeks prior to the start of the course / event, you will receive an email containing preliminary information and instructions where you can access a detailed schedule.

Payment, Cancellation, and Deferral

For Face-to-Face and Online Zoom- Live, the course fee includes training fees, course material, examination and certification.

Payment is due immediately upon checkout or upon receipt of the invoice. We accept payment by bank wire transfer, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

CASUGOL reserve the right to correct errors or omissions without prior notice.
 
We also reserve the right to cancel, discontinue, reschedule, delay, change instructors, or change the mode of delivery with insufficient enrollment and/or any unforeseen circumstances e.g. natural disaster, covid-19, etc...
 
Under such circumstances, CASUGOL will provide an alternative schedule within 48-Hours and there will be NO refund provided.

We also reserve the right to cancel, discontinue, reschedule, delay, change instructors, or change the mode of delivery with insufficient enrollment and/or any unforeseen circumstances e.g. natural disaster, covid-19, etc...
 
Under such circumstances, CASUGOL will provide an alternative schedule within 48-Hours and there will be NO refund provided.
 
You are strongly encouraged to attend the Online Zoom - Session when you return to your home country.

All withdrawal request must be submitted in writing within 24 hours upon completing the enrolment, before the receipt of the invoice and making of payment. CASUGOL expressly reserves the right to refuse any request for refund for any reason. CASUGOL has no obligation to issue a refund after the grace period of 24 hours.
