Dr Tracey Leghorn joined the Board of SUEZ recycling and recovery UK in August 2018 as the Chief HR and H&S Officer following an extensive career in HR roles and as a senior consultant with PwC. Tracey has worked with a range of businesses, industries and sectors including healthcare, technology, foodservices, pharmaceuticals, banking and currently waste and resources where she has successfully led the people agenda to retain SUEZ UK’s position as one of The Sunday Times Top 25 Best Big Companies to Work For 2020.
Tracey is an advocate for gender equality and all aspects of inclusion. Her passion to improve the lives, position and opportunities of women, in and outside of the workplace, is informed by academic research in this area which has earned her a doctorate from the University of Leicester in the UK, to add to her Master of Laws qualification and other HR related degrees. As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Tracey is keen to contribute to the people agenda with a track record in designing and implementing major transformation change. Her passion for equalities has driven her to raise the profile of women in the waste industry over the last 2 years which has resulted in her being voted one of the Waste and Resources Sector Hot 100 key influencers for 2020. |
